Apart from the proliferation of viruses, the applied technology for virus production and malware distribution has been growing rampantly. Virus coders have been engaging increasingly in fraud and black-money making.” This situation stems from insufficient awareness of information security and ineffective investment and implementation of security strategies. An information security in enterprises survey (based on international standards) was conduted by VNCERT. It showed that 40% of respondents have no firewall, 70% did not set up any security disaster recovery system, and 85% of enterprises were without an information security strategy.
